Prior to the band, Tina was best known for her involvement in the Northwest Indiana Community Theatre Productions. She has been involved in numerous productions in the past two decades. Most memorably as Velma Kelly in “CHICAGO the MUSICAL” at the Memorial Opera House where she won the 2002 Best Principal Actress in a Musical Award from the Northwest Indiana Excellence in Theatre Foundation (NIETF). Tina also reprised the same role in 2008 at the Star Plaza Theatre in Merrillville, IN to much critical acclaim. She decided to try her hand at rock ‘n roll when approached by X-GirlFriend’s bass player, Rik Menconi. Since officially becoming a member of the band in October 2003, Tina has been entertaining thousands of fans from all over Indiana, Illinois and Michigan. In addition, she was awarded the Best Female Vocalist award from Midwest Beat Magazine in 2004, 2005 and 2006.
